SYMPOSIUM GOALS & DESCRIPTION

Philo4Thought’s Annual Spring Symposium allows junior and senior level professionals to connect and network through the scheduled presentations and discussions. It is also an opportunity to celebrate accomplishments of those who have made significant contributions to their community over the past year.

The goal of this annual event is to empower emerging young professionals, entrepreneurs and community leaders by offering them clear opportunities for Empowerment so they can make solid and steady transitions along their professional paths, engaging celebrated senior members of their industry as well as exemplary peers.

The theme of Gordian Knot selected for the 2024 Symposium is critical to navigating through today’s complex global society both personally and professionally. Since ancient times, the Gordian Knot has been representative of seemingly unsurmountable challenges or obstacles in work and life. A good professional — and a good leader — is able to contemplate different strategies to overcoming an obstacle and has the clear vision to chose the best one for any given industry or situation. In the 21st century this ability is critical to personal and professional productivity and success!
