Maggie is currently the Head of Compensation and Benefits at Elementis a Global Chemicals Manufacturing company. She has specialized experience in total rewards, recruitment, talent management and leadership development and has served as a mentor and guest speaker for Philo4Thought, the Cypriot Chamber of Commerce and various other youth groups for the benefit of training young professionals on topics regarding job search as well as interview and networking techniques.

Prior to joining Elementis, Maggie served as Global Director of Human Resources at Johnson & Johnson for over 20 years. In addition, Maggie balances professional, philanthropic and family obligations, raising three sons in addition to inspiring so many young professionals.

Maggie has been our long-time favorite speaker on the topic of Positive Professional Identity and Personal Branding. She and her husband Peter were the recipients of Philo4Thought’s 2019 Certificate of Lifetime Excellence for their years of community outreach and for the remarkable example they set for people from all walks of life. She is a remarkable role model to all Orthodox mothers and professional women.
