Patricia Doulis is a College and Career Counselor at the High School for Art and Design in the heart of NYC, where she facilitates college and career preparation for over 1500 students and alum per year.

Prior to joining HSAD, she served as a school counselor at Harlem Renaissance High School, where she was responsible for crafting viable academic matriculation plans for students who were previously struggling to graduate. Her hands-on approach to counseling and guidance resulted in increased positive Social Emotional feedback, increased school attendance, decreased altercations, and a significant surge in high school equivalency attainment. Earlier in her career, Patricia worked at the NYC Mission Society and the Sports & Arts in Schools Foundation.

Patricia completed her undergraduate at CUNY Queens College her Masters in Psychology at St. John's University.
