KALO MINA! WELCOME BACK!
February is all about fitness and awareness, mental as well as physical agility and self awareness. It’s a good time to consider a major revamp of your personal and professional space and wardrobe so you look and feel like you’re in the place you want to be and envision the future as being clearer and more manageable. Unlike ATLAS, depicted in this month’s feature image (WTC, NYC, Feb. 2001), there’s no need for one person to carry the world on his/her shoulders… or to use responsibilities and obligations as an excuse to cut back on achieving valuable dreams and goals.
We invite you to sit with us a while. Grab your coffee and read up on this month’s issue of HYPLife!
As always, our goal is to educate, inspire and empower our readers. Have a question or topic you’d like addressed in a future video or newsletter? Please send your feedback through the chat box at the bottom of the screen, email us.
We hope you enjoy our free monthly newsletter!
Please share with friends, family and colleagues!
Best wishes for the month ahead!

Tip 1: Lack of self confidence and direction are the top two hurdles that prevent a person from securing their desired jobs and goals.
Tip 2: Overcoming the challenges become easier with the recognition that you don’t have to achieve everything alone and in isolation — learn how and when to reach out to your network. Learn to build lasting relationships among friends, mentors and peers. Don’t just contact people when you want something from them. It’s just as important to lend a hand to your community as it is to ask for help or guidance when you need it.
