HYPLife Special Edition
Special Tribute
200 Years of Greek Independence!
EDITOR'S NOTE
We’ve prepared a special video compilation as a tribute to the Bicentennial Anniversary of Greek Independence. Our GID video tribute, Voices of the Generation: What It Means To Be Greek features perspectives of young professionals from across the US as well as a few iconic figures from the annual NYC Greek Independence Day Parade. We hope you’ll take the time to enjoy the day and gain a new level of appreciation for your heritage and roots. Ela, grab your coffee and listen in!
Before we begin, we ask you to join us in remembering Nikolaos Mantzaros, composer of the Hymn to Liberty (the National Anthem of Greece), to allow the the true meaning of Greek Independence to fill you, heart, mind and soul, to stand confidently in reaching for your goals and in lending a hand to help those around you so they too can flourish.
